Savills is a leading global 
real estate service provider, established in 1855, with over 600 offices and associates around the world.

The challenge

Savills needed to take a leading and relevant position in the commercial property iPad app space.

Our approach

We worked closely with the Savills marketing team and our developer partners to scope, wireframe and define technical specifications. The solution leveraged their intellectual property, and provided genuine utility for agents and clients helping them to search and read their market analysis reports more easily on the go.

The result

We developed a creative user experience for the app, including swipe gestures and icons for navigation, news, social media feeds and search filtering screens. It is supported
by a content management system and secure login for client access.
