TAL is Australia’s largest Life Insurance specialist. TAL SuperPay provides and opportunity for adviser’s to consolidate the streamlining opportunities of funding life insurance products through their client’s superannuation.
We were commissioned to develop a suite of sales and training tools to explain, simply and add life to the offer and process.
We used our design intelligence process to distil a core product benefits model. Our creative approach was to use the metaphor of weights and pulleys to explain how TAL SuperPay can do the ‘heavy lifting’. Using infographics of Australian household expenditure we created a topical adviser conversation tool.
Within the first 6 months of launch TAL measured a 10% volume growth in sales conversion.
