Tomorrow Finance

Customer Journey Sales Design

Tomorrow Finance is a direct to lender home loan solution and a major disrupter in the financial services industry. It connects borrowers directly to the lender of their choice, no middle man required, having built a strong network of referral partners. 
To date the business has 98,000 clients connected to 
17 lenders, and has received $20.1million in placement fees.

The challenge

We were tasked to develop relationship manager support tools, 
to increase sales conversion, differentiate the business, and explain the service and process. Our recommendation was to initially develop a brand strategy and identity design refresh.

Our approach

We realised Tomorrow Finance is a technology business, 
rather than a financial services business. The new branding reflects an essence of ‘Real-Time Connectors’ and feels seamless and vibrant. We developed 3 levels of brand structure and brand messaging, targeting banks, diverse referral partner profiles and consumers. We worked collaboratively to develop a relationship manager’s customer journey and then created the support tools to align training and presentations.

The result

Since implementation of the BDM tool kit in August 2015, employee numbers have grown from 15 to 30, settled loans have increased to in excess of $6 billion, and customer numbers have doubled from 50,000 
to over 100,000.
